What We Do

We will take on a yearlong design project while partnering with a representative of the Anderson community. This project will be fulfilling the needs of the community and our partner through the design process. Our goal is to have implemented our design successfully into Anderson promoting sustainability, innovation, and social change.

Benefits

We are backed by a national organization that has thousands of connections with schools like NYU, Brown, and Yale. There is access to national funding though DFA that helps support our projects and everything you do can be added to your professional portfolio. Because of our national resources, DFA can also help get you internships and job opportunities. 

Roles

As members you will take part in the studios and project production teams to complete our yearly goals. Our leadership team consists of president, vice president, treasurer, marketing coordinator, and curriculum coordinator which all include more specified tasks and working more direct with DFA national. President and Vice President also have the opportunity to join DFA National in New York over the summer to represent Anderson and get connections.

How to Join

All you must do to join is attend one of our studios! If you follow us on Instagram, we will announce our biweekly studios and when you attend, we will add you to our slack. This is what connects you to National and records your membership.
